Chills to an ideal temperature of 40°F

Heats to an ideal temperature of 200°F, with

adjustable temp control

Compact unit is easy to hide in any kitchen

cabinet or wet bar

Whisper-quiet, hermetically sealed, and

maintenance-free compressor and uses stainless

steel components

Sealed ice bank cooling system ensures constant

availability of chilled water

Uses ozone-friendly R134a refrigerant

Consumes only 870 watts of electricity when

compressor is cycling

UL listed

Must be used with the Everpure Helia faucet or

(EV9000-83/87) or three way bar faucet

(EV9000-78)

Use with an Everpure Commercial Grade Water

Filtration System

Position the appliance in the point of installation,

away from sources of heat and direct sunlight

Do not install the appliance outdoors and in very

damp rooms

The appliance should be positioned in such a way

as to leave approximately 2.40 to 2.80 inches of

space free for air to circulate freely

Flush all dispensers before use

Ensure John Guest fittings are secure before

operation

To ensure the highest quality water, use in

combination with an Everpure filtration system

Before making the water connection, make sure

the incoming water pressure is between 14.5 psi

and 43.5 psi

If the incoming water pressure is below 14.5 psi or

the flow rate is less than 0.50 gpm, fit a device

capable of increasing the pressure (such as an

autoclave or similar)

If the incoming water pressure exceeds 43.5 psi,

predispose a pressure reducer capable of reducing

the latter to the 14.5 psi and 43.5 psi

Sized for coffee, office, water applications

Maximum Water Capacity (chilled): 6.6 gph

Maximum Water Capacity (hot): 2.1 gph
